Our Product Craftsmanship Limited Warranty

Who is Covered?

We make this easy. Anyone who owns a Pets in Bloom custom Planter Urn product can benefit from the Pets in Bloom Craftmanship Limited Warranty. The warranty is completely transferable. No product registration is required.

What is Covered?

If your planter urn arrives with a defect listed below or a defect manifests within the first 30 days of ownership, we will either touch-up or replace the plush at no charge to you. The following are covered under the limited warranty:

  • Broken ceramic planter and/or base

  • Our failure to follow your selected customisations and not printed the correct approved image

  • The image print has been damaged or worn off.

Print from approved image to Print.

This printing process is completely different to standard printing using ink along with other material enables the print to stick to the ceramic and leads to a less saturated and softens the image and therefore will not warrant a refund.

You can see samples of our prior work on the Molly and Charlie and please feel free to check our customs reviews.

How to Obtain Service

Please contact chantal@petsinbloom.com with (a) your order number in the subject line and (b) photos of the stuffed animal with the defects listed above.

At the discretion of our design team, we will either replace the plush or give you a return label to ship the item back to our facility for a touchup. We apologize in advance for any mistakes and will aim to make things right!

Term: How Long Coverage Lasts

The Limited Warranty lasts for ninety (90) days after delivery of the covered product.

What is Not Covered

In addition to what’s mentioned above, customers using the Sneak Peek upgrade may be ineligible for specific warranties because those customers reviewed and approved the design of their plush (more info). Furthermore, failures due to misuse, abuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear of the product are not covered by this limited warranty. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Some parts will wear out with use and prints will deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. Like any keepsake, we recommend keeping your custom planter out of direct sunlight and other natural elements that could degrade the materials.

It is our experience that a product that fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, will generally do so very early in the product's life cycle, often the first or second time the product is examined and handled. When returned for inspection, these products are generally found to still be in like-new or very good condition and show very little signs of use. It is uncommon for a product that was manufactured with a defect, to survive under normal use for any extended period of time. The most common demand for service is the result of normal wear and tear issues, which are not considered to be a defect in materials or workmanship. Pets in Bloom has sole discretion to determine the manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship.

Other conditions may limit coverage:

  • Repetitive abuse of our limited warranty.

  • Coverage is always limited to the maximum value of a replacement of the product with the same or similar product of equal value to the original purchase price and does not cover the repair, refund, or replacement of any other property. Pet in Bloom shall never be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages.
